We would rather be upfront about this than bury it in fine print. Because every guide is a digital download delivered the moment you pay, all sales are final. Here is exactly why, what you can expect, and what happens if something genuinely goes wrong.

The short version

Once your payment clears, your guide is emailed to you instantly. Because there is no physical product to return — and a PDF cannot be handed back once it is in your inbox — we do not offer refunds. This keeps our guides affordable and lets us put our effort into making them better.

Why a refund is not possible

Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned. The moment the file reaches you, you have a copy, and we have no way to take it back — so a refund would leave both of us worse off. This is the same policy used for most ebooks, courses, and software.

  • It is delivered instantly — there is nothing to ship back.
  • It cannot be “un-delivered” or restocked.
  • The price is deliberately kept low partly because of this.

What you can expect instead

We try to make the choice easy before you spend anything:

If something goes wrong with your delivery

A refund is for a change of mind — but a delivery problem is on us, and we will fix it. If the payment went through and your guide never arrived, if the file is broken, or if you were charged twice, write to us and we will sort it — usually within a few hours, and always within 24.

If you bought the wrong guide

We cannot refund, but we can often help. If you chose the wrong guide by mistake, email us as soon as you can. In most cases we can swap it for the guide that actually fits your stage at no extra cost — just don’t wait too long.

Before you buy

Because sales are final, take one minute to check that the guide matches where you are. Every page lists what’s inside and who it is for. If you are still unsure which guide fits, email us first — a real person will reply and help you choose. We would rather help you pick the right one than take your money for the wrong one.
