What we believe
Four things we won’t compromise on.
The same continous commitments behind every guide we publish — nothing hidden, and nothing overstated.
Plain over clinical
If a sentence needs a medical dictionary, we rewrite it. You should never have to decode your own health.
Honest over hype
No “unlock your hormonal harmony”. No miracle claims. Just what is true, and what you can ask your doctor.
Educational, not a diagnosis
We explain how your body works, and we tell you when to see a professional. We never diagnose you.
Rooted, not borrowed
Indian women, Indian context, and a name drawn from Sanskrit — not a Western brand with a coat of paint.
Our Philosophy
New, to whole. The whole promise is in the name.
The whole promise fits in two words — one from the start of every journey, and one for the end of it.
The beginning
nav
नवnew, fresh, a beginning
The crescent moon. A first diagnosis, a first trimester, the first year after 40. Every guide meets someone at a “nav” moment — something in their body has just changed, and they don’t yet have the language for it.
The whole
poorna
पूर्णwhole, complete
The full moon. Not “cured” or “fixed” — whole. The promise is that you can move through these stages complete and informed, rather than confused and alone.
NavPoorna’s name carries its whole promise. Nav means new — the crescent moon, the start of something. Poorna means whole — the full moon, not fixed, but complete.
Most wellness brands borrow English words or invent their own. Ours are rooted in Sanskrit, so they feel familiar the moment you hear them — and they say in one breath exactly what we do: we walk you from the moment something changes to a place where you feel whole again.
We started because the stages that change a woman’s body the most — her cycle, planning a pregnancy, the years before menopause — are the ones she is least prepared for. The information that exists is either clinical, or pink, or both.
So we publish differently. Short, honest guides. Plain language. Reviewed with Indian Gynaecologists. Written for the woman reading at night, wondering if she is the only one feeling this. She is not.

What readers say
You're not the only one.
These are notes from women who read a guide and wrote back about what changed. Shared with their permission.
“For years I was told my periods were ‘just heavy’ and the pain was ‘just cramps’. I read this in one sitting, tracked two cycles, and walked into my appointment with a pattern instead of a complaint. I finally got a diagnosis — and a plan.”
Lakshmi Subramanian

The PCOS chapter told me exactly which tests to ask for. My gynaecologist finally had something to work with.
Kavya Menon

The symptom tracker has been one of the most useful things I’ve taken to a doctor. It helped me explain what I’d been experiencing, and it made the appointment feel much more focused.
Shalini Kulkarni
41 · Pune
It’s written in a way that feels easy to understand without oversimplifying things. I really appreciated that it focuses on the facts without creating unnecessary fear.
Sneha Iyer

We had been thinking about starting a family for almost a year, but never really knew where to begin. The three-month plan gave us a practical way to work through the things we needed to consider together.
Divya Rama

The heavy-periods section made me stop and think. I had been blaming my tiredness on a busy life.
Preeti Kaur
30 · Kochi
I originally bought it for myself, but ended up reading parts of it with my mother. We had never really talked openly about menopause before, and the guide made that conversation much easier.
Ritu Mehra
38 · Gurugram
It taught me the difference between ordinary cramps and something worth mentioning to a doctor.
Ritika Joshi
27 · Jaipur
The fertile-window section is the one I’ve gone back to most. It helped me understand my cycle beyond what an app was telling me, and the tracker made it easier to notice my own patterns.
Neha Bhatia
33 · Mumbai
It gave me a clearer idea of what to track and what to ask at an appointment.
Sanjana Rao
36 · Nagpur
This helped me make sense of what I was feeling, and gave me much better questions to take to my doctor.
Priya Nair
44 · Bengaluru
It helped me understand what can be part of PMS and what is worth mentioning to a doctor.
Nandini Shetty
29 · Mangaluru
After years of conflicting advice about hormone therapy, this set the basics out clearly.
Maya Krishnan
46 · Chennai
Years on the pill had left me unsure what my natural cycle looked like. Now I know what to expect and what to track.
Aditi Bhandari
32 · Indore
The section on family expectations was something I hadn’t expected to find so useful. It helped me think through how to handle the questions and conversations around us while still keeping some things personal.

Good to know
Questions we hear a lot.
Straight answers about the guides, the brand, and how it all works.
No. NavPoorna publishes educational guides for women’s health — periods and cycle health, and perimenopause. They explain how your body works and what to ask a professional. They are not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for care.
Most women’s health content sits at two extremes — clinical and intimidating, or “pink wellness” full of empty promises. NavPoorna sits in between: short guides in plain language, written for Indian women, and reviewed with practising Indian gynaecologists. No jargon, no fear, no miracle claims.
Start with the stage you are in today. If your cycle is on your mind, begin with “Know Your Cycle”. If you have just had a baby and your body feels unfamiliar, begin with “Coming Home to Your Body”. If you’re in your late 30s or 40s and things feel different, read “Is It Perimenopause?”.
Yes. NavPoorna is built for the health questions Indian women actually ask — with Indian context, familiar terms, and questions tailored to what you’d raise with a gynaecologist here.
Every guide is a PDF that’s delivered to your email the moment your payment goes through. Read it on your phone, tablet, or print the pages you need.
Because each guide is a digital download delivered instantly, all sales are final. If you’re not sure which guide fits your stage, email us before you buy and we’ll help you choose.
