By using this website or buying a guide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.

Who we are

NavPoorna publishes digital ebooks on women’s health — periods and cycle health, pregnancy planning, and perimenopause. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use this site.

What the guides are

NavPoorna Guides are digital ebooks about health topics. They explain how your body works, help you understand what is normal, and help you prepare good questions to ask a professional.

What they are not

The guides are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. They are general educational information, not tailored to you. If you are worried about a symptom or a condition, please see a doctor — a good one will welcome your questions. If it is an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a guide. The guides are written for adults and primarily for readers in India, though anyone may read them.

Purchases, price and payment

Guides are sold as one-time purchases priced in Indian rupees (INR). The price shown at checkout includes any applicable taxes. Payment is taken by our partner Razorpay. Please make sure your payment and delivery details are correct when you place your order.

Delivery of your guide

Once payment clears, the guide is delivered as a PDF to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam folder. You may download it to any device you own and keep it for as long as you like.

Refunds and exchanges

Because guides are delivered instantly as digital files, we do not offer refunds once delivery has happened. That said, we would rather earn your trust than keep your money — if something is wrong (the file will not open, you were charged twice, or you bought the wrong guide), email us and we will make it right.

Your licence

When you buy a guide you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it on your own devices. This means:

• You may read, download and keep the guide for your own use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, republish, upload or share the file, in whole or in part.
• If you love it, gift a copy — buying one for a friend supports small publishers like us.

What you must not do

Please do not misuse the site or our content. In particular, do not:

• Copy, scrape, frame or republish our content without permission.
• Try to access other people’s information, our payment systems, or the admin area you are not authorised to use.
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law.

Our intellectual property

The guides, illustrations, brand, text and design on this site belong to NavPoorna and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a guide does not transfer any rights in it to you, beyond the personal licence described above.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted partners — Razorpay for payments, Supabase to store data, and Resend to send email. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and, so far as the law allows, we are not responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

The guides and this site are provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions you make or actions you take (or do not take) based on the content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the guide in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top and post the new version here. If a change is significant, we will make it obvious on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
